About to ICFEAS 2025
The 2025 International Conference on Food Engineering and Agricultural Sciences will be held in the ancient city of the Old Town of Lijiang, China, which is a grand gathering of global elites in food engineering and agricultural science. The theme of this conference is "Green, Sustainable, and Innovative Future of Food and Agriculture", aiming to explore how to achieve green, sustainable food production and agricultural development through the cross integration of food engineering and agricultural science in the context of global climate change and resource scarcity. The conference will invite top experts and scholars from around the world to conduct in-depth discussions on topics such as food engineering, agricultural biotechnology, agricultural environmental protection, agricultural product processing and quality control. At the same time, the conference will also set up special seminars, technical demonstrations, enterprise docking and other links, providing sufficient opportunities for participants to exchange and cooperate. Lijiang, an ancient city with a history of thousands of years, has attracted global attention with its unique natural landscape and rich ethnic culture. The selection of this conference to be held in Lijiang is not only to allow attendees to experience the charm of the ancient city amidst their busy work, but also to inspire everyone's thinking about green and sustainable development through such an environment. All full paper submissions to the ICFEAS 2025 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of ICFEAS 2025 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

SCI JOURNAL
Contributors are encouraged to submit papers / abstracts to the conference. The organizing committee will select high-quality papers and recommend them to SCI/SSCI journals. For specific matters, please contact the person in charge of the conferrence.
Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to icfeas@sub-paper.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
